Land Rover recently revealed the new SV Celestial Collection series for the Range Rover Sport, which draws inspiration from mythology and planetary bodies. The five variants are Gaea, Theia, Io, Vega and Sol, with each sporting bespoke paint, upholstery and trim inserts, 23-inch wheels, carbon ceramic brakes and a carbon fibre bonnet.

Range Rover Sport SV Gaea Curation

The first version is called the Sport SV Gaea Curation. Inspired by Greek mythology, Gaea represents the Earth, and as such, the Range Rover Gaea Curation includes elements from both land and water. A Green Terre Matte finish is paired with Carbon Bronze ceramic brake calipers and a Narvik Black roof.

Range Rover Sport SV Theia Curation

Theia Curation is also inspired by mythology. Theia, the daughter of Uranus and Gaea, has always been linked to gleaming brightness and this special edition Range Rover reflects it. Classic Ilmenite Gray Satin paint with shimmering flakes reminds images of the moon, while the 23-inch forged wheels are finished in champagne gold and include black carbon ceramic brake callipers.

Range Rover Sport SV Io Curation

The Io Curation is inspired by Jupiter’s moon, Io. The SUV has a distinctive orange Cyllene Gloss paint finish that, according to JLR, changes hues depending on the angle of light, alluding to Io’s continually shifting surface. Carbon fibre exhaust finishers and wheels are two further unique characteristics.

Range Rover Sport SV Vega Curation

Vega is named after the star in the Lyra constellation. It has a unique Verrier Blue exterior paint finish, a black roof and exposed carbon fibre details on the exhaust, wheels and bonnet.

Range Rover Sport SV Sol Curation

Finally, the Sol takes inspiration from the Sun. The distinctive Aurora Yellow gloss paint finish gives the vehicle a greenish-yellow colour. This is combined with a black roof and exposed carbon fibre parts such as the exhaust and wheels.
