Ola Electric has taken a bold step towards transforming the electric vehicle (EV) servicing landscape in India by announcing the scale-up of its Hyperservice platform into a fully open ecosystem. This initiative allows access to Ola’s genuine spare parts, diagnostic tools, and service training modules not just for Ola customers but also for independent garages, mechanics, and fleet operators across the country.

Starting today, Ola Electric’s genuine spare parts can be directly purchased through the Ola Electric Customer App and the company’s official website, ensuring high-quality, certified components are easily available—without middlemen. This move gives over a million Ola users the freedom to choose where and how to service their EVs, marking a major milestone in customer empowerment and transparency.

According to Bhavish Aggarwal, Chairman and Managing Director of Ola Electric, “We have built our service ecosystem from first principles, using technology to make it fast, transparent, and efficient. With Hyperservice scale-up, we are opening this capability to everyone. Every garage, fleet, and customer can now access the same high-quality tools, parts, and systems that power Ola’s own network. This is true service freedom, only possible in a D2C model.”

In Phase 1, the platform offers access to key spare parts through the app and website. In later phases, Ola will extend this access to diagnostic tools and technician certification programs, creating a truly open and inclusive EV servicing ecosystem.

The Hyperservice initiative also strengthens Ola Electric’s unit economics, boosting its high-margin parts and accessories vertical that grows naturally with its expanding customer base. By cutting out intermediaries and directly linking customers and garages with Ola’s supply chain, the company is building a scalable and profitable service model.

Beyond customer convenience, Hyperservice opens up huge opportunities for India’s independent garage ecosystem. Mechanics across the country can now self-train, become Ola-certified technicians, and upskill in EV technology—paving the way for thousands of new skilled jobs in the green mobility sector.

This move is part of Ola Electric’s broader “India Inside” strategy, focused on developing open, domestically integrated platforms across batteries, software, and now after-sales and service infrastructure. With Hyperservice, Ola is not just transforming EV ownership—it’s reshaping India’s entire approach to vehicle servicing for the electric age.
