Triumph Motorcycles announced today that the pricing of the Triumph Street Triple 765 R and Triumph Street Triple 765 RS remain unchanged. The luxury motorcycle maker responded to recent reports of price reductions for the two models.

According to Triumph, the stated price cut was caused by a glitch on the company’s official website. “This technical issue has since been corrected. Triumph apologises for any confusion caused by the glitch,” the company stated in an official statement.

Triumph stated that since its introduction into the Indian market last year, the Street Triple 765 R and the Street Triple 765 RS have shown significant demand. “The motorcycles have captivated Indian customers and the biking community with their unparalleled performance and exceptional ride quality. Their cutting-edge engineering and sleek design make them the top choice for motorcycle enthusiasts across the country,” the statement further reads.

The Triumph Street Triple 765 RS costs Rs 11.81 lakh (ex-showroom) and the Triumph Street Triple 765 R costs Rs 10.17 lakh.

A 765cc liquid-cooled, 12-valve DOHC inline 3-cylinder petrol engine paired with a 6-speed gearbox powers both bikes. However, the engine has been tuned differently for each model, producing 120PS and 80Nm for the Street Triple 765 R and 130PS and 80Nm for the Street Triple 765 RS.
