The fourth-generation X-Trail SUV will soon be available in India. The SUV will finally come to India as early as next month after being first announced for the country in 2022. Nissan has stated that bookings will be accepted starting on July 23 and that pricing will be revealed on August 1, 2024.

Nissan X-Trail features

Since 2021, the fourth generation product has been available worldwide. The SUV will only be available in India with a 1.5-liter, three-cylinder petrol engine and a mild hybrid 12-volt system. The power output is 161  bhp and 300 Nm of maximum torque, with a shift-by-wire CVT automatic transmission.

The Nissan X-Trail will come equipped with LED headlights with DRLs, a 360-degree camera, a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, dual-zone temperature control, an electronic parking brake with auto-hold and cruise control. The SUV boasts a 12.3-inch digital instrument dashboard, an 8-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connection, front and rear parking sensors, keyless entry, several driving modes, wireless charging and more.

Three colour options—Diamond Black, Champagne Silver, and Pearl White—will be available for the Nissan X-Trail’s only fully loaded model. It will include 20-inch alloy wheels as standard.
