On Tuesday, MG Motor India introduced two new variants of the Gloster: the MG Gloster Desertstorm and the MG Gloster Snowstorm, which include new body colour options,  exterior highlights and a revamped cabin theme.

The Gloster Desertstorm and Snowstorm variants cost ₹41 lakh (before taxes), whereas the MG Gloster range starts at ₹38.80 lakh. The upgraded variants of the company’s flagship SUV feature updated body colours and cabins, similar to the Gloster Blackstorm, which launched in May 2023.

The MG Gloster Desertstorm is available in a deep golden color on the body, with Black alloys on the all-Black grille, Black wheels with Red brake calipers, dark-themed ORVMs and slightly changed headlights and taillights. The Gloster Desertstorm’s interior includes a black steering wheel and dark-themed upholstery.

Gloster Snowstorm, with its all-black seats and white stitching, additionally puts focus on a dark and black shade. It has a dual-tone exterior shade that is both black and white. The variant has headlamps with red inserts, as well as red accents on the front and rear bumpers. The front grille, alloy wheels and rear spoiler are all black.

The Gloster’s Snowstorm and Desertstorm variants are available in both 2WD and 4WD configurations, with a 2.0-litre diesel engine producing 163hp and 375Nm in 2WD and 218hp and 480Nm in 4WD respectively.
