Mercedes-Benz plans to introduce its entry-level electric SUV EQA in the Indian market on July 8. EQA is offered in three trim categories on the global market, with WLTP claims of up to 560 km on a single charge.

Dual-motor configurations allow the EQA 300 4MATIC and EQA 350 4MATIC to produce 230 PS and 295 PS, respectively. The front-wheel drive EQA 250 base trim (output: 140 kW) drives the vehicle. In India, Mercedes-Benz might unveil the top-of-the-line models.

With its 66.5 kWh battery and 100 kW DC on-board charger, the EQA can top up from 10 to 80 percent in just 40 minutes. The 11 kW wall box takes five hours and forty-five minutes to complete 10 to 100%.

A parking package with a reversing camera, LED high-performance headlights with adaptive high beam assist, heated front seats, a leather multifunction sports steering wheel, automatic climate control and ambient lighting with 64 color options are all equipped on the Mercedes-Benz EQA.

EQA rides on 18-inch alloy wheels. AMG Line trim includes 20-inch alloy wheels, sports seats, illuminated ‘EQA’ lettering on the door sills,  galvanised shift paddles, aluminum trim and pedals with rubber studs and ‘AMG’ floor mats.
