Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) has introduced its first Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) SUV, the e VITARA, at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, marking a major step towards decarbonization and sustainable mobility.
Built on the ground-up HEARTECT-e platform, the e VITARA blends superior performance, excellent range, and premium comfort with uncompromised safety. With a bold polyhedral design, R18 aerodynamic alloy wheels, and futuristic LED DRLs, the e VITARA is set to turn heads.
The premium NEXA channel will showcase the e VITARA, offering advanced features like a digital cockpit with a 25.65cm display, ventilated front seats, and a 10-way power-adjustable driver seat. The spacious cabin, enabled by the flat-floor HEARTECT-e platform, provides unmatched comfort and flexibility, including a 40:20:40 split rear seating configuration.
Powered by a 3-in-1 electric drivetrain and lithium-ion battery options (61kWh and 49kWh), the e VITARA boasts a range exceeding 500 km. Designed for varied terrains and temperatures, it features Eco, Normal, Sport, and Snow driving modes, along with regenerative braking for a seamless one-pedal drive.
Safety is paramount with Level 2 ADAS, 7 airbags, high-tensile steel construction, and advanced battery protection. The innovative Next-Gen Suzuki Connect enhances control with over 60 features, including remote vehicle management.
