Mahindra unveiled a teaser photo of the SUV earlier today after it previewed the Thar Roxx. Although the picture merely reveals the SUV’s exterior, it does indicate that one will be available—possibly in the top-spec model—with a panoramic sunroof. The Thar Roxx is scheduled to launch on August 15 and the costs will be revealed shortly after. Following the XUV 3XO and the XUV400 Pro EV, Mahindra’s third major 2024 launch is the five-door Thar.

The tip of the vehicle’s previously seen floating infotainment system is another element shown in the teaser. The unit is anticipated to have the same 10.25-inch screen as the XUV 3XO, which was introduced earlier this year. It is anticipated that the SUV will also have an all-digital instrument panel.

The previous teasers for the Mahindra Thar Roxx showed the majority of the SUV’s design. The five-door SUV will have circular LED headlights with C-shaped DRLs. Another distinguishing feature of the Thar five-door is the modified grille, which has six slots. The SUV also has an angled C-pillar, unlike the three-door Thar.

Many of the other design features are the same as the three-door model, such as the indicators set on the wheel arches, old-fashioned mirrors and door handles.
