The Mahindra Thar Roxx scored 31.09 out of 32 for adult occupant protection and 45 out of 49 for child protection in the Bharat NCAP crash tests. This places it among the safest SUVs in India, showcasing its robust design and engineering.
The Frontal Offset Deformable Barrier Test revealed a near-perfect score of 15.09 out of 16 for adult protection. In the Side Movable Deformable Barrier Test, the Thar Roxx scored a perfect 16 out of 16, demonstrating superior side-impact safety. While the driver’s chest and lower legs received adequate protection, other areas of the body received excellent safety ratings.
For child occupant protection, the Thar Roxx excelled, scoring a perfect 24 out of 24 in the dynamic score and 12 out of 12 in the CRS installation score.
