Mahindra Thar Roxx is slated to make its official debut in the Indian market on August 15. Mahindra has been teasing the SUV with new photos and now they have shown off the Thar Roxx’s front end. Thar Roxx is not simply a five-door variant of the present Thar. Instead, Mahindra has made significant modifications to both the appearance and inside.
The Mahindra Thar Roxx will have a front fascia that is very similar to the three-door model of the vehicle, according to the brand’s image. It includes a headlamp cluster and round LED DRLs which match the new vertical slat grille.
The SUV has been equipped with a powerful dual-tone bumper with a silver and black design to enhance its distinctive look. On the edges, it houses the fog lamps.
The engines of the Mahindra Thar Roxx are the same as those of the Thar, XUV700 and Scorpio N. Thus, a 2.0-litre Stallion turbo-petrol engine and a 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine will be available. Both engines will be available in two different tuning levels and paired with either a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission or a 6-speed manual gearbox.
