Mahindra has introduced the Scorpio-N Carbon Edition in India, celebrating the SUV’s milestone of 2 lakh unit sales. Priced at a premium of Rs 20,000 over the standard Z8 and Z8 L variants, the Carbon Edition starts at Rs 19.19 lakh (ex-showroom).

Design & Features
The Scorpio-N Carbon Edition boasts a Metallic Black paint finish, darkened chrome accents on the grille and window line, black alloy wheels, and Dark Galvano roof rails. Inside, it features an all-black cabin with leatherette upholstery, contrast stitching, and dark chrome highlights. Unlike the standard Z8 L trim, which offers a six-seater option, the Carbon Edition is available only as a seven-seater.
Engine & Performance
The Carbon Edition is powered by the 2.0-litre turbo-petrol and 2.2-litre diesel engines. The turbo-petrol produces 200 bhp and 370 Nm (380 Nm in automatic), while the diesel delivers 172 bhp and 370 Nm (400 Nm in automatic). Buyers can choose between a manual or automatic gearbox, with the diesel variant also offering a 4×4 option.
