The Lamborghini Urus is the most successful vehicle in the Italian marque’s lineup, both in India and abroad. Last year, Lambo sold 103 cars in India, the most in a calendar year, making it a significant market. The Urus SE is now available in India, with a starting price of Rs 4.57 crore (before loadings).
Lamborghini Urus SE Features
Although the Urus SE may appear to be comparable to the previous model, a closer inspection reveals that the bonnet, along with the bumper, has been modified to end much closer to the grille than before. In contrast to the previous model, the new headlights are slimmer and the DRLs also have a new design that nearly wraps around the headlights.
The vehicle now has an electrified 4.0-litre twin-turbo engine and is a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle or PHEV. The engine produces 620 horsepower and 800 Nm and the electric motor, combined with a 25.9 kWh lithium-ion battery, adds 189 horsepower and 483 Nm to the power and torque outputs.
In addition to the usual Strada, Sport and Corsa drive modes, the Lamborghini Urus SE now has seven more. There are three off-road modes (Neve, Terra and Sabbia), as well as four additional modes (EV Drive, Hybrid, Recharge and Performance).
