KTM is all set to unveil the much-awaited second-generation KTM 390 Adventure in India on January 30, 2025. After its global reveal at the EICMA Motor Show in Milan and its India showcase at the India Bike Week 2024, the new 390 Adventure promises to offer a fresh blend of performance, design, and technology. Here’s a detailed look at the exciting new features and updates on this highly anticipated adventure bike.
New Design
The new design of the 2025 KTM 390 Adventure closely matches that of KTM’s larger adventure motorcycles. It has a beak-shaped front mudguard, a larger windscreen, modified body panels for a more rugged appearance, and a vertically stacked dual-projector LED headlamp arrangement encircled by DRLs. The rear tail part has a smaller tail lamp and is sharper.
All-New Chassis and Suspension
Built on a completely redesigned chassis with a revised subframe, the 390 Adventure features top-tier suspension components. It comes with fully adjustable WP Apex upside-down forks at the front and a monoshock rear suspension, ensuring a smooth and controlled ride on all terrains. The bike is equipped with disc brakes at both ends.
Advanced Electronics and Display
The Adventure S variant will feature a 5-inch TFT display, similar to the KTM 390 Duke, offering advanced features like Bluetooth and smartphone connectivity. Cruise control will be exclusive to the Adventure S, enhancing comfort for long-distance rides.
Powerful Engine and Performance
Under the hood, the new 390 Adventure retains the 399cc single-cylinder engine from the 390 Duke, delivering 46 bhp and 39 Nm of torque. This engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox, providing powerful performance both on and off-road.
