KTM has thrilled motorcycle enthusiasts in India by announcing the launch of its flagship motorcycles, the KTM 1390 Super Duke R and the KTM 1290 Super Adventure S. Bookings for both models are now open at KTM Mehkri Circle, Bengaluru, marking the arrival of these high-performance bikes via the Completely Built Unit (CBU) route. The booking amount should be around ₹1 lakh, as reported by HT Auto.
The KTM 1290 Super Adventure S is a powerhouse of adventure, boasting a V-Twin LC8 engine that produces an impressive 158 bhp of maximum power and 138 Nm of peak torque. This beastly engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox, ensuring smoother and faster gear shifts.
On the other hand, the KTM 1390 Super Duke R uses a 1350 cc, LC8 engine, delivering a staggering 188 bhp at 10,000 rpm and a massive 145 Nm of torque at 8,000 rpm. Like the Adventure S, this model also comes with a 6-speed gearbox for seamless power delivery.
