KTM India is preparing to launch the 390 Adventure S and 390 Enduro R in the country next month. Select dealers have already begun accepting bookings, though official bookings are expected to open shortly. Unveiled at the 2024 India Bike Week, these motorcycles mark KTM’s intent to expand the 390 Adventure lineup, which includes the Adventure S, Adventure X, and Enduro R.

KTM 390 Adventure S and 390 Enduro R features

The KTM 390 Adventure S caters to touring enthusiasts with its refined engine, advanced electronics, and robust suspension for diverse terrains. Inspired by the KTM 1390 Adventure, it features rally-style aesthetics, vertically stacked twin-projector LED headlights, and a 21-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel setup. Competing with the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, the Adventure S promises a thrilling on-road and light off-road experience.

The 390 Enduro R, on the other hand, is built for off-road purists. Its minimalist, enduro-style design includes a sharp tank, beak-like front fender, and spoked wheels with knobby tires. Offering unmatched capability for rugged trails, it stands in a niche segment of hardcore off-road bikes.

The Adventure S boasts a TFT display, switchable traction control, cornering ABS, and cruise control. Meanwhile, the Enduro R features a compact LCD cluster with joystick navigation and full LED lighting.

Both motorcycles are powered by a 399cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, delivering 45.5 bhp and 39 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox.
