KTM has introduced the 1290 Super Adventure S in India, priced at Rs. 22.74 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). This adventure motorcycle is built for both on-road and off-road enthusiasts, boasting a muscular design and rugged appeal.
Powerful Performance
The KTM 1290 Super Adventure S is powered by a 1301cc twin-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, delivering an impressive 158bhp. It features a six-speed gearbox, a bi-directional quick shifter and a slipper clutch. The bike comes equipped with a range of electronic rider aids, including multiple ride modes, traction control, off-road ABS, and cruise control, all displayed on a 7-inch TFT screen with smartphone connectivity.
Advanced Suspension and Brakes
The bike is designed for smooth handling, featuring WP semi-active front USD forks and a semi-active monoshock. Its braking system includes dual 320mm front discs and a 267mm rear disc, paired with Mitas Terra Force R tyres for superior grip on any terrain.
