Kia recently released the updated EV6 in South Korea, showing several improvements that enhance the vehicle’s appearance and functionality. Significant design changes, interior improvements, and a new, more powerful battery set the 2025 model apart.

The front of the updated EV6 has the most noticeable modifications. . The conventional headlights have been replaced by angular LED daytime running lights and headlamps influenced by the EV3 and EV4 Concepts, as well as the EV6 and EV9 production vehicles. The front fascia has been completely modified including modifications to the bumper and lower grille, giving the crossover a more aggressive appearance.
The 2025 EV6 has several significant interior upgrades. A newly designed curved panoramic screen that combines the infotainment display and the digital instrument cluster serves as the interior attraction. Kia changed the two-spoke steering wheel and added a fingerprint scanner, allowing registered drivers to start the car without a key. The most recent 84 kWh battery from Hyundai Motor Group powers the facelifted Kia EV6. This improvement increases the rear-wheel drive model’s range to 494 kilometres in Korea, up from 475 kilometres. The new battery enables 350 kW DC fast charging, which allows for a 10-80 per cent charge in just 18 minutes.
The standard rear-wheel-drive variants produce 225 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque. For those looking for more power, the dual-motor variants deliver 320 bhp and 605 Nm of torque.
