Kia is set to unveil the much-awaited Syros SUV in India on December 19. Positioned between the popular Seltos and Sonet, the Syros is expected to take on rivals like the Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Tata Nexon, and Hyundai Venue in the competitive sub-four-meter SUV segment.

A recent teaser from Kia offers a glimpse of the Syros, showcasing its boxy design, which aligns with earlier images. The SUV will feature L-shaped LED taillights, positioned around the rear windshield, but notably, it will not come with connected taillights as seen in the Seltos and Sonet. The design also includes a sleek shark-fin antenna mounted on top.

In terms of features, the Kia Syros teaser has revealed a much-anticipated addition: a panoramic sunroof. This feature is a popular choice among Indian buyers and is expected to make the Syros a compelling option in the crowded SUV market. Competing with models like the Mahindra XUV300, the Syros is expected to combine style and practicality, offering a premium feel in the compact SUV category.
