Kia has launched the all-new Syros compact SUV in India, with prices starting at Rs 9 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base HTK petrol-manual variant. The top-spec diesel-AT variant with ADAS is priced at Rs 17.80 lakh. Deliveries are set to begin in mid-February, and pre-bookings have already been accepted for a token amount of Rs 25,000 since January 3.

The Syros slots between Kia’s Sonet and Seltos in terms of pricing. It features bold design elements, such as the upright front fascia, vertical LED headlights, and striking 17-inch tri-petal alloy wheels in higher trims.
Interior and Features
Inside, the Syros boasts a dual 12.3-inch display setup for infotainment and the instrument cluster. Other highlights include a panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, 8-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, and a wireless charging pad. Safety features include six airbags, ESC, parking sensors, a 360-degree camera, and Level 2 ADAS.
Powertrain Options
The Kia Syros offers two engine options: a 120hp, 1.0-litre turbo-petrol and a 116hp, 1.5-litre diesel engine. Transmission choices include a 6-speed manual, a 7-speed DCT for petrol variants, and a 6-speed torque converter for diesel.
