Kia, the renowned Korean car manufacturer, has officially announced the highly anticipated launch of the Seltos facelift in India on 4th July 2023. Ahead of its official unveiling, select dealerships across the country have already started accepting unofficial bookings for the popular SUV.

The upcoming Seltos facelift will boast several exterior enhancements, including a refreshed front and rear bumper design, newly designed LED daytime running lights (DRLs) and headlamps, stylish diamond-cut alloy wheels, a striking LED bar spanning the width of the tailgate, and an updated LED taillamp design. Inside the cabin, the SUV will offer a host of advanced features such as a spacious 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless mobile connectivity, wireless charging, a fully digital driver’s display, and a panoramic sunroof. Additionally, it will also feature an electronic parking brake, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, ventilated front seats, and an advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) suite.

In terms of powertrain options, the Seltos facelift is expected to retain the existing 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engines. However, there are speculations of a new addition to the lineup, a powerful 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine, which is likely to be exclusive to the top-spec variants. With its launch in India, the Kia Seltos facelift will enter a highly competitive segment and compete against formidable rivals such as the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, MG Astor, and Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder.

Automotive enthusiasts and Kia fans alike are eagerly anticipating the unveiling of the Seltos facelift, which is expected to bring a refreshed design, enhanced features, and improved performance. With its competitive pricing and a wide range of options, the Seltos facelift aims to further strengthen Kia’s position in the Indian SUV market.
