Jaguar, the luxury car brand owned by Tata, is entering a transformative phase, with a clear focus on an electrified future. As part of its bold vision, the automaker is set to shift toward a fully electric lineup, marking a significant departure from its traditional internal combustion engine vehicles. This change comes as part of Jaguar’s commitment to sustainability and innovation, with the first of three planned electric vehicles (EVs) already undergoing testing. The first electric model is slated to hit the market by the summer of 2026.

In December 2024, Jaguar will present a, in development, four-door electric sedan concept in the United States. This presentation will offer enthusiasts and potential customers an exclusive preview of the brand’s fully electrified future.

The upcoming electric sedan is expected to compete with established players in the high-performance electric sedan market, such as the Audi e-tron sedan and the Porsche Taycan. Jaguar’s electric sedan will be built on the company’s proprietary Jaguar Electrified Platform, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the brand.
