Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) is all set to redefine the electric scooter market with the much-awaited Honda Activa Electric. Scheduled to debut on November 27, the Activa E has been confirmed to feature swappable battery technology, ensuring convenience and reduced downtime for riders.

The latest teaser reveals that the Activa Electric will house two swappable battery packs. This cutting-edge feature is inspired by Honda’s Mobile Power Pack technology, previously showcased on the Benly e-scooter at the 2024 Bharat Mobility Expo. Riders can expect seamless battery replacements, perfect for urban commutes.

The Activa E will be available in two trim levels, each with distinct digital instrument clusters. The lower variant boasts a TFT display, while the premium trim features a multi-color screen. The advanced display will provide real-time data on battery charge, range, speed, and riding mode. It also supports turn-by-turn navigation and music control, enhancing the riding experience.

Honda promises a claimed range of 104 km per full charge in standard mode, ideal for daily commutes. For those seeking a dynamic experience, the scooter will feature a sport mode, offering sharper throttle response. However, this may slightly reduce the range.
