BSA has recently unveiled a scrambler version of the Goldstar 650 at the Birmingham Motorcycle Live show. Dubbed the B65 Scrambler, this exciting new model is expected to hit Indian roads by next year, offering an all-new off-road experience for motorcycle enthusiasts.

The BSA B65 Scrambler stands out from the standard Goldstar with its rugged and adventure-ready styling. It features a smaller headlamp, protected by a sturdy grille, and a high-mounted front fender for improved clearance. The wide handlebar, now equipped with a brace, provides better control and stability, while bar-end mirrors add to the bike’s tough, off-road persona.

The side panels of the B65 Scrambler come with a plate displaying a number, reminiscent of the Royal Enfield Bear 650, reinforcing its scrambler lineage. The tail section has been shortened and redesigned to accommodate a flat seat with a ribbed pattern, perfect for both comfort and performance during longer rides.

The BSA B65 Scrambler is more than just a visual upgrade; it also comes with key changes to its hardware to enhance its off-road capabilities. Unlike the Goldstar, which features an 18-17-inch wheel combination, the B65 Scrambler is equipped with a 19-17-inch spoke wheel setup, paired with Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tyres.

The same huge bore, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled 652 cc engine that powers the Gold Star also powers the B65’s engine. The engine produces a maximum torque of 55 Nm at 4,000 rpm and 45 horsepower at 6,000 rpm. A five-speed gearbox is connected to the engine.
