Austrian two-wheeler brand Brixton Motorcycles is all set to launch its range of bikes in India on November 18. The company will introduce four models: the Crossfire 500X, Crossfire 500XC, Cromwell 1200 and Cromwell 1200X.

The Crossfire 500X boasts a retro roadster design, ideal for those who appreciate classic style with modern performance. The Crossfire 500XC, on the other hand, takes on the form of a scrambler, catering to riders who crave adventure and versatility. Both models are powered by a 500cc twin-cylinder engine that delivers an impressive 46 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 43 Nm of torque at 4,350 rpm.

For those seeking a larger engine, the Cromwell 1200 and Cromwell 1200X models feature a more powerful 1,200cc twin-cylinder engine. With a robust output of 82 bhp at 6,500 rpm and 108 Nm at 3,100 rpm, these motorcycles promise excellent performance and a smooth, exhilarating ride, making them perfect for long-distance rides.

To support its expansion, Brixton has partnered with KAW Veloce Motors Pvt. Ltd. to establish a production facility in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. The two-phase expansion strategy aims for an initial annual production capacity of 40,000 units, with future plans for India-specific models.

Brixton Motorcycles will initially operate in 13 cities across India, including Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Cochin, bringing premium two-wheelers to the Indian market.
