BMW Motorrad India is gearing up to make a striking start to 2025 with the launch of the BMW R 1300 GS Adventure and the updated 2025 BMW S1000 RR at the highly anticipated Bharat Mobility Expo. These models mark BMW Motorrad’s first releases of the year, showcasing innovation and power.
The BMW R 1300 GS Adventure stands out as the rugged sibling of the R 1300 GS. It features a bold, muscular design with a wider front end, taller windscreen, and a massive 30-litre fuel tank for extended adventures. Designed for long-distance travel, it includes pre-attached luggage mounting points and optional accessories such as a 12-litre tank bag, a 37-litre aluminium top case, and dual panniers offering a combined 73.5 litres of storage.
Packed with advanced features, the R 1300 GS Adventure offers lean-sensitive cornering ABS, engine brake control, and hill hold assist. Additional options include electronic suspension, adaptive ride height, pro ride modes, and adaptive cruise control. The 1,300 cc boxer twin engine delivers 143 bhp at 7,750 rpm and 149 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm, paired with an innovative six-speed transmission located under the engine. Enthusiasts can also opt for the Automated Shift Assistant (ASA), BMW’s semi-automatic gearbox.
On the other hand, the 2025 BMW S1000 RR brings sleek updates to the iconic sportbike. With redesigned fairings featuring integrated brake ducts and larger winglets, the S1000 RR enhances both aerodynamics and brake cooling. Now equipped with Pro riding modes, including ‘Race Pro,’ and Dynamic Brake Control (DBC) as standard, this bike ensures a thrilling ride. Its 999 cc inline-four engine produces a formidable 206 bhp and 113 Nm of torque, coupled with a six-speed gearbox.
Offered in striking colour options like Blackstorm Metallic, Bluestone Metallic with matte graphics, and Lightwhite Uni/M Motorsport, the 2025 S1000 RR promises unmatched performance and style.
