BMW Motorrad India has confirmed a 2.5% price increase on all its models, effective from January 1, 2025. The price hike comes in response to rising input costs and inflationary pressures, according to the company. The new prices will apply to the ex-showroom rates for BMW motorcycles and electric two-wheelers in India.
Since its start in April 2017, BMW Motorrad India has been expanding its presence in the Indian market. Currently, the brand offers three locally produced models: the BMW G 310 R, BMW G 310 GS, and BMW G 310 RR. In addition, BMW’s Completely Built Unit (CBU) lineup includes high-performance motorcycles such as the M models, adventure bikes, roadsters, and touring bikes, alongside the electric two-wheelers CE 02 and CE 04.
The most affordable model in the lineup, the BMW G 310 R, is priced at Rs 2.90 lakh, while the high-end M 1000 RR is the most expensive at Rs 49 lakh (both ex-showroom prices). The company also offers a three-year warranty on all its two-wheelers as a standard feature.
BMW Motorrad India’s most recent launch, the CE 02 electric scooter, is priced at Rs 4.50 lakh (ex-showroom). The upcoming price revision is expected to impact the pricing of both the made-in-India and CBU models across their range.
