BMW India has announced that the M4 Competition M xDrive would be introduced to the Indian market through the CBU, or Completely Built-Up route. The powerful car is priced at ₹1.53 crore and can be booked through BMW’s dealership network or online. The M4 Competition M xDrive will receive a few cosmetic modifications, interior changes and mechanical improvements in 2024.
BMW M4 Competition M xDrive features updated bumpers with adaptive headlights and taillights inspired by BMW’s M4 CSL. The BMW logo is now finished in high gloss black, with an M graphic available as an option. The roof is now completed in carbon fiber, which lowers the centre of gravity and increases rigidity. The sides include a new set of M-forged double-spoke design alloy wheels, with blue brake calipers. Customers can also pay extra for red brake callipers.
Operating System 8.5 powers the infotainment system, which features a voice-activated BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant.
The new BMW M4 Competition M xDrive is powered by the M TwinPower Turbo S58 six-cylinder in-line petrol engine.
BMW’s xDrive technology powers all four wheels with this 3.0L powerplant. The engine accelerates from 0 to 100 kmph in under 3.5 seconds, producing a maximum output of 530 bhp and a peak torque of 650 Nm. An 8-speed M Steptronic transmission with driving modes is the gearbox in duty.
