BMW has launched the updated 2025 M2 in India, priced at Rs 1.03 crore (ex-showroom). This second-generation sports coupe, which arrives as a Completely Built Unit (CBU), sees a price increase of Rs 5 lakh, alongside significant performance and feature upgrades.

2025 BMW M2 Features

The standout feature of the new M2 is its 3.0-litre turbocharged inline-six engine, delivering an impressive 473 bhp and 600 Nm of torque (550 Nm with the manual). This power boost, up from 446 bhp in the previous model, enables the M2 to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4 seconds (4.2 seconds with the manual transmission). The engine pairs with an 8-speed automatic transmission as standard, with a 6-speed manual option available for driving enthusiasts. The optional M Driver’s Package increases the top speed from 250 km/h to 285 km/h.

The 2025 M2 also features subtle exterior tweaks, including redesigned alloy wheels, blacked-out M2 badging, and standard black exhaust tailpipes. Inside, the cabin boasts a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.9-inch central touchscreen with BMW’s latest Operating System 8.5. Additional updates include red accent options on sport seats and the standalone availability of M Carbon bucket seats.

Packed with safety features like six airbags, ABS, dynamic stability control and an active M differential, the 2025 BMW M2 offers a thrilling, yet safe driving experience.
