BMW Motorrad has recently unveiled the new CE 04 electric scooter in India, priced at Rs 14.90 lakh (ex-showroom), which makes it the most expensive electric scooter on sale in the nation.
After making a name for itself with electric vehicles, the German company is now entering into the electric two-wheeler market with the new BMW CE 4. The e-scooter launches in India as a Completely Built Unit (CBU), with deliveries starting in September of this year.
BMW CE 04 Features
The new BMW CE 04 gets its power from a 31 kW (41 bhp) electric motor with 61 Nm of maximum torque. The premium electric scooter accelerates from 0 to 50 km/h in 2.6 seconds and reaches a peak speed of 120 km/h. The 8.5 kWh battery pack, which has a 130 km claimed range on a single charge, provides power.
