Bajaj has slashed the prices of its Freedom CNG bike just six months after launch, making it an even more attractive option for eco-conscious riders. The base drum variant now costs Rs 89,997, following a price reduction of Rs 5,000. The middle drum LED variant has seen a bigger cut of Rs 10,000, bringing its price to Rs 95,002. However, the top-spec disc LED variant remains unchanged at Rs 1.10 lakh. This price adjustment aims to make the Freedom CNG bike more accessible in the competitive two-wheeler market.
The Bajaj Freedom CNG bike is an innovative solution for those seeking a cleaner, more sustainable alternative to traditional petrol-powered motorcycles. Featuring dual fuel tanks—one for CNG (2 kg) and one for petrol (2 liters)—the bike offers flexibility and reduces environmental impact. The CNG tank is integrated beneath the seat, while the petrol tank is located forward, both with easy access for refueling.
Powered by a 125cc single-cylinder engine delivering 9.4 bhp and 9.7 Nm of torque, the Freedom CNG offers great performance, with a 5-speed gearbox for smooth shifting. It delivers an impressive 102 km per kg in CNG mode and 65 kmpl in petrol mode, offering a combined range of up to 330 km. In CNG mode alone, it can travel up to 200 km.
Equipped with advanced features such as LED headlamps, Bluetooth connectivity, and a digital speedometer, the Bajaj Freedom CNG ensures both comfort and safety. The bike also comes with a front disc brake, rear drum brake, and single-channel ABS, making it a great choice for sustainable and efficient commuting.
