
Bajaj Auto Limited, one of India’s leading two-wheeler and commercial vehicle manufacturers, announced its sales figures for September 2025, reflecting steady domestic performance and a strong growth in exports.
Two-Wheeler Sales
In September, Bajaj Auto sold a total of 4,30,853 two-wheelers, marking an 8% increase compared to 4,00,489 units in the same month last year. Domestic sales stood at 2,73,188 units, up 5% year-on-year, while exports rose 12% to 1,57,665 units, driven by strong international demand.
Commercial Vehicle Sales
The company’s commercial vehicle segment posted 79,651 units in September, a 15% increase from 69,042 units in September 2024. While domestic sales dipped slightly by 1% to 52,064 units, exports surged 67% to 27,587 units.
Overall Performance
For the month, Bajaj Auto’s total sales across two-wheelers and commercial vehicles reached 5,10,504 units, up 9% from 4,69,531 units in September 2024. Domestic sales grew 4% to 3,25,252 units, while exports jumped 18% to 1,85,252 units.
Year-to-Date (Apr-Sep 2025) Performance
From April to September 2025, Bajaj Auto sold 24,05,357 units, a 4% rise from 23,23,560 units in the same period last year. Two-wheeler sales totaled 20,17,778 units, with domestic sales down 8% at 11,25,920 units, offset by a 17% growth in exports to 8,91,858 units. Commercial vehicles recorded 3,87,579 units, up 14% year-on-year, with domestic sales increasing slightly by 1% to 2,49,681 units and exports growing 51% to 1,37,898 units.
