One of the largest two-wheeler manufacturers in India, Bajaj Auto, has introduced the Dominar 250 in Brazil.

With this, the brand now has four products in its portfolio. This includes the more powerful Dominar 400. It should be mentioned that, like other products from the company, the Dominar 250 will be assembled locally at the brand’s production factory in Manaus.

The firm hopes to boost sales with the Bajaj Dominar 250, which will increase the figures achieved by existing models. Among them are the Dominar 200 and Dominar 160, which are rebadged versions of the Pulsar motorcycles available for sale in India.

In Brazil, it is sold for a starting price of R$22,500 (about Rs 3.44 lakh). This applies to both the Racing Red and Sparkling Black colour choices available for the bike.

The Bajaj Dominar 250 offered in India and the Brazil-spec version are quite similar. It has a 248.77 cc single-cylinder engine that generates 23.5 Nm of peak torque and 27 horsepower. A 6-speed gearbox with assist and a slipper clutch is attached to this unit.

The bike has a multi-step adjustable monoshock Nitrox suspension with 110 mm of travel at the back and 37 mm USD forks with 135 mm of travel at the front. It has standard dual-channel ABS and front and rear disc brakes measuring 300 mm and 230 mm, respectively. Both ends of the bike have been equipped with 17-inch alloy wheels.
