Audi has launched its latest electric SUV, the Q6 e-tron Sportback. According to the firm, the SUV’s coupe-like roofline increases its driving range in addition to giving it a more stylish appearance.
According to reports, the first-generation Audi TT sportscar served as the inspiration for the new Q6 e-tron Sportback electric SUV’s sloping roofline.
For those seeking more power and range, the Q6 Sportback comes with a 94.9kWh battery and a 302hp motor, enabling it to reach 100kph in 6.6 seconds. With a charging capacity of 260kW, this model delivers a maximum range of 656km, making it ideal for long-distance driving.
With an additional front motor and the same battery, a four-wheel-drive Quattro variant is available, boosting the vehicle’s overall power output to 382 horsepower. As a result, it can reach 100 kph in 5.9 seconds. The sporty SQ6 Sportback, which delivers a total of 482 horsepower to all four wheels, tops the lineup. In 4.3 seconds, the flagship model can reach 100 kph.
Inside, the Q6 e-tron Sportback mirrors the standard Q6 SUV, offering a tech-laden cabin. Drivers will enjoy a 11.9-inch digital instrument cluster, alongside a 14.5-inch infotainment touchscreen. An optional 10.9-inch passenger display is also available, enhancing the in-car experience for front-seat occupants.
