Atul Auto has reported its three-wheeler sales performance for August 2025, showing notable trends across both domestic and export markets. The company’s overall sales reflected a healthy growth in certain segments, alongside some challenges in the EV portfolio.
Domestic Sales Performance
In the domestic market, conventional IC engine three-wheelers saw steady growth, with 1,894 units sold in August 2025, up from 1,787 units in August 2024. The EV segment showed mixed results: L3 electric vehicles recorded a decline, selling 575 units compared to 835 units a year ago, while the EV-L5 category increased slightly to 132 units from 111 units.
Overall, domestic three-wheeler sales for the month totaled 2,601 units, down 4.83% compared to 2,733 units in August 2024. Year-to-date domestic sales for FY 2025-26 reached 8,336 units, marking a 7.40% increase over the same period last year.
Domestic + Export Performance
When factoring in exports, Atul Auto’s total three-wheeler sales rose to 3,026 units for August, registering a growth of 6.77% compared to 2,834 units in the same month last year. YTD total sales stood at 12,675 units, showing a 5.13% increase over the previous fiscal year. Notably, exports surged significantly, with 641 units sold this August compared to 385 units in August 2024, marking a 66.49% jump.
