Audi is set to boost its performance lineup with the upcoming debut of the all-new RS5 Avant, slated for a global launch next year. The iconic German brand is currently putting the new performance wagon through rigorous testing, with multiple sightings of test mules across Europe confirming its development.

This eagerly anticipated model will serve as the successor to the current V6-powered RS4. However, it will bear a new name. A similar electric vehicle, the RS4 e-tron, is slated to debut in 2026.

In terms of design, the new RS5 Avant promises to impress with a complete overhaul of its aesthetics. It features a large diamond-shaped grille and muscular cuts on the bumpers, complemented by substantial air intakes.

Under the hood, the RS5 Avant will retain the popular 2.9-litre V6 engine but will incorporate an electric motor. This hybrid combination will elevate the output beyond the current 450 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque, delivering an exhilarating driving experience.
