Ather Energy, the Indian electric two-wheeler maker, is all set to unveil the much-awaited 2025 Ather 450 on January 4, 2025. This update to the Ather 450 series will bring several exciting enhancements, offering improved features and a price hike.
Key Feature
The standout upgrade in the 2025 Ather 450 will be the introduction of the ‘Magic Twist’ feature. First introduced with the Ather 450 Apex, Magic Twist allows riders to control braking by simply twisting the throttle. This innovative feature lets users accelerate, decelerate, and even stop the scooter using the throttle, enhancing comfort and convenience, especially in traffic.
Price Hike
Along with the update, Ather Energy has also announced a price hike across its entire model range, effective from January 1, 2025. The Ather Rizta, launched earlier this year, will also see its first price increase of ₹5,000-6,000. The Rizta’s price range was ₹1.10 lakh to ₹1.46 lakh (ex-showroom), and similar hikes are expected for the Ather 450 series as well.
