Here’s how former Co-Founder Ashneer Grover took a dig at BharatPe amid ongoing Rs 88 crore lawsuit

After BharatPe sued Ashneer Grover for Rs. 88 Crore, he took a dig at the Fintech firm on twitter and his fans were yet again seen giving him all the support for his statements.

In the middle of the ongoing BharatPe lawsuit worth approximately Rs 88 crore, former Co-Founder Ashneer Grover took a subtle dig at the firm. Wherein, he questioned the recent operational changes that took place in the firm while being in the capacity of its shareholder. Moreover, he commented that he was a little puzzled being a former Shark and judge on Shark Tank India. As a BharatPe shareholder, Grover wanted to know whether his shareholding had his investments in a FinTech or a Law firm. Further, the maverick entrepreneur questioned whether new cases coming against “Ashneer Grover” every week were a feature or a product release of the firm.

After Grover’s tweet his followers and many other Twitter users came through to support his statement. While, other netizens were seen disappointed over BharatPe’s decision to sue him. Netizens responded in his support making snarky comments over the Fintech firm.

One user wrote: ‘Bhai share bech do! Abhi ke abhi!”

While another wrote: “They miss you and you’re busy.” There were even some users who trolled Ashneer Grover as well based on speculations of financial irregularities that took place under him.

The Delhi High Court had previously warned Grover’s lawyer to ask him to behave properly online and “maintain decorum” and not to run a “vicious campaign”. Since this could be observed as an attempt of defamation against the Indian Fintech  giant and could be treated as “libel” in the court of law.
