Moreover, Linda has now updated her Linkedin bio to Twitter CEO.She studied Telecommunications at Penn State University and currently sits on the board at the School of Communications. Yaccarino has several honours to her name. She was recognised as The Hollywood Reporter’s Women in Entertainment Power 100 in 2013, as one of the “Ten Most Powerful Women in TV” by Adweek in 2011 and as a “CEO of Tomorrow” by Business Week.
She expressed her joy in a recent post, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Executive Officer at Twitter. I’ve long been inspired by Elon Musk’s vision to create a brighter future. Now, I’m excited to help bring that vision to Twitter and transform the business together. In a specific memo to colleagues on Sunday, Benarroch had said that he was taking on a business operations position at Twitter. Musk fired or lost about 75% of Twitter employees since his October takeover, including most of those who had deep expertise and experience in sales and partnerships.
