Texmaco Rail completes acquisition of Jindal Rail Infrastructure for Rs 614 crore, expands wagons market presence
Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited, a leading manufacturer of freight wagons and railway infrastructure in India, has completed the acquisition of Jindal Rail Infrastructure Limited (JRIL) for a final cash consideration of ₹614 crore.
