Islamabad High Court, on Monday, announced that the court will give the opportunity to India, to hire a Pakistani lawyer, to defend Kulbhushan Jadhav in the September 3 hearing.
The Pakistan government on Monday presented an ordinance in the National Assembly to "review and reconsider" Kulbhushan Jadhav's sentence.
India, on Thursday, alleged that Pakistan obstructed the consular access for Kulbhushan Jadhav. "He was visibly under stress", stated the Indian authorities while also claiming that their meeting was being recorded as against the ICJ judgement.
