The Crime Branch of Faridabad Police has reached the site where nearly 350 kilograms of RDX and an AK-47 rifle were recovered earlier this week, following disclosures made during the interrogation of Dr Aadil Ahmad Rather, a doctor from Jammu and Kashmir’s Qazigund.
The area has been cordoned off as police teams, along with bomb disposal experts, continue combing operations to ensure no additional explosives remain concealed in the vicinity. Officials confirmed that the recovered materials — including high-grade RDX, ammunition, and assault weapons — were stored with precision, suggesting links to a larger terror network.
Preliminary findings indicate that the explosive stockpile may have been intended for terror operations targeting the Delhi-NCR region. The Faridabad Police, in coordination with Jammu & Kashmir Police and central intelligence agencies, is now tracing supply routes, local facilitators, and possible cross-border connections.
