UP Elections 2022: PM Narendra Modi to address rally in Kannauj today

The Prime Minister will first address a ‘Vijay Sankalp Sabha’ in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, before travelling to Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh, for another electoral rally.

Today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will resume his campaign speeches in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. The Prime Minister will be addressing a ‘Vijay Sankalp Sabha’ in Uttarakhand’s Rudrapur at 1.30 PM, followed by an election rally in Uttar Pradesh’s Kannauj at 3:30 PM.

Yogi Adityanath, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, will also be addressing rallies in Amroha and Saharanpur today as the state prepares for the second round of assembly polls on February 14. Priyanka Gandhi, the Congress president, will speak at rallies today in Uttarakhand’s Khatima, Haldwani, and Srinagar.

The first phase of assembly polls in Uttar Pradesh was held on February 10. The next round of voting will take place on February 14, followed by the next five stages on February 20, 23, 27, March 3, and 7.

Elections will be conducted on February 14 in Uttarakhand and Goa. On February 20, Punjab will also hold a single-phase election.

The voting dates for Manipur’s two-phase assembly polls have been modified and will now take place in two phases. The first part of voting will take place on February 28th, and the second phase will take place on March 5th.
