Two loud explosions were heard near the Srinagar airport and Army headquarters in Indian-administered Kashmir late Friday, according to reports from officials, Reuters witnesses, and local residents.
The nature and cause of the blasts are yet to be officially confirmed. Authorities have not issued any statement so far regarding casualties or damage.
Security forces have reportedly cordoned off the area and further details are awaited.
