Tejaswi might have got some relief in the name of visiting Australia but he will have to tell the agency about Amit Katyal whose company bought the land from those who got job in the Railways.

He said that Tejaswi Yadav will have to reveal how he became owner of D 1088 worth Rs 150 crore in Friends Colony of New Delhi. He will also have to explain about Hrudayanand Chaudhary who gifted his valuable land to Rabri Devi and Hema Yadav in lieu of getting a Group D job in Railways.
The political statement of Tejaswi Yadav cannot influence the investigation process of ED, Modi said adding that in view of the recent summon of ED, Tejaswi Yadav was again sharing stage with the chief minister which he was avoiding for the past 20 days.

BJP MP said that the documentary evidence in land for job scam were provided to the CBI by JDU national president Lalan Singh at the behest of Nitish Kumar. Based on the documents CBI had prepared a charge sheet in which Rabri Devi Tejaswi and several others had to take bail.

Lalu family was under pressure following the CBI chart sheet and ED’s action, Modi said and maintained that legal action was inevibitable with the arrest of Amit Katyal, owner of AK Infosystems Pvt. Ltd.
