On Wednesday, two people jumped into the chamber of Lok Sabha, while the house proceedings were happening during the parliament winter session. It was a major security lapse, as visitors aren’t allowed to visit the chamber.
After this massive security breach, Lok Sabha MPs were seen leaving the house. The proceedings of the house is also adjourned till 2 pm today after the incidence. A video of the same went viral on the social media.

“Two young men jumped from the gallery and something was hurled by them from which gas was emitting. They were caught by MPs, they were brought out by security personnel. House was adjourned till 2 pm. This is certainly a security breach because today we observed the death anniversary of people who sacrificed their lives in 2001 (Parliament attack),” said Leader of Congress in Lok Sabha, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury to news agency ANI.

However, both the intruders are detained now by the security personnel and their interrogation is under process.
