State Bank of India will close its online application window for apprentice engagement 2021 on July 26. The application process for 6,100 apprentice posts for several states/UT commenced on July 6.

Candidates who have not applied yet can apply through the SBI’s career portal. The interested candidate should note that they can apply for engagement in only one state.

Candidates who will successfully complete their registration process and pay the application fees in the scheduled date will only be permitted in the recruitment drive.

As per reports, the apprentices will be engaged for a term of one year and will be paid a stipend of Rs 15,000 per month.

In accordance to the eligibility criteria, graduates within the age group of 20 to 28 years are eligible to apply. 31st October 2020 is the cut off date for age limit.

Steps to follows to apply for SBI apprentice recruitment :

-Candidates have to visit the SBI career portal.

-Move to the latest announcement tabs available on the page and then click on the application link for SBI apprentice engagement 2021.

-Then, the candidates will be redirected to the IBPS portal. From there, they have to click on new registration.

-File the personal details, contact details and the other necessary required fields.

-Save the user name and the password and complete the SBI apprentice application form.

-Upload the required documents and pay the application fee of Rs 300.

-When completed, download the SBI apprentice application form and take a print out.

Selection Process 

The interested candidates will be shortlisted on the ground of an online written test, then by a local language test followed by a medical examination.

The written test will have 100 questions carrying one marks each. The questions will be in English and Hindi, excluding the general English.

The question paper will comprise of four sections namely general/financial awareness, general English, quantitative aptitude and reasoning ability, and computer aptitude.

Candidates must note that one fourth marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
