Following the terror attack in Pahalgam on April 22, tensions between India and Pakistan escalated, leading India to launch “Operation Sindoor” on May 7, targeting terror infrastructure sites in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).
Despite reaching a ceasefire after diplomatic talks, Pakistan repeatedly violated the ceasefire along the Line of Control (LoC) and the International Border for two consecutive days, further heightening tensions.
Today, Prime Minister Modi visited the Adampur airbase in Punjab, where he interacted with Indian Air Force personnel who had been at the forefront of operations during the recent conflict. During his visit, the Prime Minister issued a stern warning.
PM Modi said, “India’s ‘Laxman Rekha’ against terrorism is crystal clear now. If another terror attack occurs now, India will give a reply – a solid reply. We saw this during surgical strike, during air strike. Now, OperationSindoor is India’s new normal. Like I said yesterday, India has decided on three points. First, if there is a terrorist attack on India, we will give a reply in our way, on our condition, on our time. Second, India will not tolerate any nuclear blackmail. Third, we will not see terror-supporting government and terror masterminds as separate entities. The world too is going ahead by understanding India’s new form, its new system”
