On Saturday, Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Amit Shah launched the Sanklap Patra (Resolution Letter), i.e., party’s manifesto for the upcoming state assembly elections in Telangana. In the manifesto, the BJP has promised to bring Uniform Civil Code (UCC) in Telangana if voted to power. Other than this, the party has also promised to end the reservation for Muslims the state, citing that minority reservation is unconstitutional.
