Sachin Pilot demands Congress MLA to pay ₹1 and written apology compensation. Sachin Pilot, Congress leader who was at the core of the political crisis in Rajasthan. However, on Wednesday he took a leader’s complaint. And demanded that he offer Re 1 as a compensation and written apologies.

Sachin Pilot gave Malinga a legal notice of the accusation and claimed it had been done with a view to tarnishing his reputation and gaining political mileage.

Leader of Congress Giriraj Singh Malinga claimed that Pilot was indulging in conspiring on behalf of BJP in horse-trading. He also claimed he had proofs against Pilot of his engagement in horse-trading.

“I had a talk with Sachin Pilot. He talked to me and said how much you want. He told me about Rs 35 crore,” Mr. Malinga stated to reporters on Monday.

Mr Malinga stated, “It has been going on since December, it’s nothing new. I told them I can’t do it.”

Sachin Pilot said in the legal notice sent to Malinga that it was “surprising that (Malinga) remained silent for seven months”

The MLA, he suggested, has “suddenly raked up a bunch of lies” to malign his reputation.

The accusations regarding his BJP links were a ruse to malign him to the Gandhis, pilot claimed. Congress sneered at the argument, pointing out that following the party ‘s directives, it was still locked up in a BJP-ruled state with 18 MLAs backing it.

CP Joshi, Rajasthan Speaker, went to the Supreme Court today, questioning the order from the High Court urging him to delay any move against Mr Pilot’s rebel unit. He said in his petition, which will be considered tomorrow, it was a “constitutional crisis” which must be averted.
