The Congress government in Rajasthan led by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has now announced seven more guarantees as part of their election promises. These seven guarantees include — Rs 1,000 annual honorarium for women, LPG gas cylinder to 1 crore families for Rs 500, Cow dung purchase at Rs 2 per kg, English medium education guarantee for all students, free Laptop/Tablet for first year college students, Old Pension Scheme (OPS) and free disaster relief insurance up to Rs 15 lakh.

For information, let us tell you that CM Gehlot has already implemented OPS. Apart from this, Chief Minister Gehlot had already announced two days ago in presence of Priyanka Gandhi Vadra during jhunjhunu rally to give a cylinder of Rs 500 and Rs 10,000 annually to the female head of every family.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has promised that if Congress comes to power again, students will be given free laptops or tablets before going to government colleges. However, for information, let us tell you that this scheme was a part of the budget of his current tenure but could never progress beyond papers. Now CM Gehlot has claimed that this scheme will come to the ground when the next government is formed.

Congress claims that English medium education will be given to children throughout Rajasthan. This will also be implemented at the Panchayat level. Apart from this, people are being guaranteed insurance under Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme.
